A nurse will escort you to the locker room to change clothes. Your family member or friend can go with you if you need help dressing. Your nurse will take you to the pre-op area to measure your temperature, blood pressure and weight, as well as review your health history. |

| Then, an operating room staff nurse will escort you to the operating room and explain the equipment and the procedures to you. |
