Our Mission: The Saint Vincent Bariatric Center wants to help you live a healthier life. If your weight has had a negative impact on your life, causing you to develop health issues or giving you the inability to be as active as you would like, contact the Saint Vincent Bariatric Center.
Saint Vincent Bariatric Center is offering a comprehensive, multidisciplinary program to help people who are overweight achieve safe, sustainable weight loss. The Bariatric Center provides weight management support and counseling services as well as state-of-the-art minimally invasive bariatric procedures. These procedures are available for patients with a BMI of 40, or a BMI of 35 with contributing risk factors, including sleep apnea, hypertension, high blood pressure, etc. The following laparoscopic bariatric procedures are available:
These minimally invasive procedures provide patients with smaller incisions, shorter recovery times and less risk of infection. These procedures are being performed by board certified surgeons Muhammad Asad, MD and Jawaid Kalim, MD.
