It’s All New In 2005

For 23 years, the Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield QUAD Games have been the region’s premier fitness and competitive event. Through the Highmark QUAD Games, thousands of people have completed their first ski race, participated in their first swim meet or ridden with their family in their first bike race.

The Highmark QUAD Games make it fun to stay in shape all year-round with a swim meet in the spring, bike ride in the summer, an autumn run
or walk and the winter exercise of cross-country skiing or snow-shoeing.

When you complete all four events, you’ve taken a major step toward a healthy lifestyle. The four events of the Highmark QUAD Games are ‘life
sports’ that can be learned and continued whether you’re 6 or 76. To reward you for a season of staying healthy, each and every person who
completes all four events will receive the Highmark QUAD Champion Shirt. It can’t be purchased—it only goes to those who have crossed all four finish lines in the Highmark QUAD season.

Whether you want to compete against others or against yourself, you can get it done with the Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield QUAD Games.

Rain or shine, put on your sneakers and run for the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) at Saint Vincent Health Center. CMN provides direct service and health education to tens of thousands of children in our community.
