Health Plan

The new Alliance Health is a Health Maintenance Organization with emphasis on wellness and preventive care. You and your dependents select a Primary Care Provider from the list of panel providers, who will refer you, if necessary, for diagnostic or specialty treatment. Alliance Health offers you full comprehensive medical coverage with no deductibles, no claim forms, vision discount and, in most instances, only a $10 co-payment for doctor's office visits. Premium costs are shared by the associate and Saint Vincent Health Center.

Prescription Plan
