Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A registered nurse is available for patient emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone.
Skilled Nursing
An Erie Home Health Services registered nurse comes to your home to provide care such as assessments of heart and breath sounds, care of wounds, ostomies and catheters and other services. RNs also provide special support to newborns and their mothers and teach patients and their family members to manage medication, nutrition and other patient needs. If you need additional professional services, your Erie Home Health Services nurses can help to coordinate them for you as well as keep your physician informed about any changes in your condition.
Physical Therapy
Your Erie Home Health Services physical therapist will help you improve your strength, coordination, mobility and pain control through therapeutic exercises and other modalities. They also help patients adapt to canes, walkers and wheelchairs.
Occupational Therapy
