Medicine and is a certified Physician Executive. He has practiced in Erie since 1985 and served on the medical
staff at Hamot Medical Center. He has served as principal investigator for seven clinical studies. |

Dr. Lang earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine,
completing internal medicine residency at St. Luke’s Hospital/Temple University. He is certified by the
American Board of Internal Medicine. He has served as medical director at Select Specialty Hospital since
2000. He has practiced in Erie since 1999 and served on the medical staff at Hamot Medical Center, where he
was chief of internal medicine and was named Teacher of the year at Hamot Medical Center for 1999-2000 and
2006-2007. He has served as an investigator on five clinical trials. He has a special interest in medically
complex patients. |

medicine at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. |
