Adolescence means many physical and emotional changes for girls. This program addresses some of these changes and helps enhance communication between adolescents and their mothers. Classes are currently set for May 25 and October 23, 9 a.m. to noon in the Saint Vincent Women's Center classroom.  Cost is $20.  You can also check out the schedule of classes online.  To reserve a spot, call 814452-5664.

Mother-to-Gynecologist Discussion Group
Whether you like it or not, it's inevitable.  Your little girl is going to grow up.  Saint Vincent offers a valuable opportunity for moms to talk with Saint Vincent gynecologist Dr. Diane Adams about important topics such as when your daughter's first gynecological exam should be, what is normal and what is not, the HPV vaccine, and more.  The next session is set for March 24 at 6 p.m. in Dr. Adams' office, located at 145 West 23 Street, Suite 202.  For future dates, call 814-452-5500.
